For the money we pay we should have a quality product again.Ĭhanges were made without preparation to train the users on the new product and the product was not field tested and fixed before the release.

No new manual was created and you must tech support every time you create something new. For a while we could continue to use the original system but then over night the old system would not work to process payments, create menus, etc. We were not having any issues so why they made big, big changes I do not understand. It was easy to use, make changes on and produce a quality product.

Currently we are spending more time trying to fix problems with the software than we are spending with clients. It allowed our business to grow and service a retail store front, a catering and bakery business in a new expanded facility. It was a great product that served our company for several years.

YOU ARE HARMING OUR CHILDREN.Used for three years and it was great but the new view they have rolled out is full of flaws!!! I think Walt Disney would be appalled!!!! SHAME ON YOU DISNEY PLUS. I can tell that new corporate people are running this app now because 50 years ago this would have never been on TV. And Disney you should be ashamed of yourself. You people need to keep your private business to yourself. How confusing is this for children today? I feel so sorry for them. Or sexuality or Identity or gender or none of that.

Never have I ever as a child seen any Disney movie that talked about sex. Disney is supposed to reflect childhood innocence and and being a kid. But I don't make cartoons about it for my son to watch. That is not appropriate for a little boy to be watching. I am also going to be creating a petition and I will be circulating it on Facebook for all parents to sign and then once it's signed and I've reached a thousand signatures or more I'm going to be sending it to Disney to have them remove that Out cartoon from the app. But I'm going to be canceling my service and I encourage all other parents to cancel your service if they don't remove the homosexual cartoons from the app. How is this appropriate Disney? My son is 7 years old!!!! And I want to know why Disney has this in front of little kid's eyes? Who decided to put this garbage in front of my child's eyes? I know that I probably won't make a difference or get a response from Disney. There is a cartoon titled "OUT" AND I NOTICED MY SON HAD BEEN WATCHING IT!!!
